Life can be unpredictable so I will do my best to accomodate you if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time if you need to make changes. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment as a courtesy please contact me asap. I reserve the right to refuse full or partial service or you may be required to reschedule. A fee of 20% of your total scheduled service cost will be charged @ my discretion for: * Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. * If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment & no communication has been made to Ciara you will be considered a No-Show & your appointment will be cancelled. Please note: If you No-Show any appointment a 50% deposit will be required to hold future appointments.
